I really enjoy playing this game but I have no idea how anyone manages to actually gain levels. if you don't win, you lose the amount of points in your hand from your active XP. I've had multiple games where I could never even lay an initial meld before someone else won it. I have gotten as high as 300xp (to get to level 2 you need 500) but then always end up losing back down to under 100xp. I don't want to be rewarded for losing, but losing XP when you lose takes the fun out of winning.

My husband & I payed because we started to have, apparently, connection issues (Internet not strong enough)with free version. We payed for the upgrade. We had no problems until recently, & lo & behold apparently we again have connection issues 'Internet no strong enough'. Our Internet is very good. We have also tried to play using other Internet connections, with a similar result

in easy, can't get out ( 30 points ) before at least 15 turns where AI finish in 2 turns just after... in EASY !... Thought it was unlucky, started a new easy game, same.... So badly coded.
