Does what it's meant to, helpful for saving progress on some games, I cycle thru games often so it's nice not having to start all over. Currently, it refuses to update, ik others have mentioned it but I feel the need to as well. I honestly just wish it was compatible with more games, most games have other ways of saving data so it's not a huge deal.

Update: I got immediate response from the developer (see below) and a request to change my review, but nothing changed on my end. It was still stuck on my "pending downloads list" and it wouldn't come off. I finally deleted the app and re-installed it but that didn't work either. It reappeared on the list and won't come off. From the other reviews here, it looks like I'm not the only one to complain that this app doesn't want to update. I can't get it off my "pending updates" list.

It's not really a need. Google makes it seem like you really need this to connect and play online with your friends, when you dont. Plus the XP feature, (where you can unlock different features based off of how much XP you have) is nowhere to be seen on the app. What I'm trying to say is this app can only do two things: link your friends Google Play accounts (Which is almost useless because most online games already have a friending feature), and simply show you your achievements from your games
