The app is good. Available stock and offers are also very good. But the problem is with delivery of orders. Timely delivery can never be guaranteed. On top of that orders get delayed and auto cancelled on their own. There is no option to cancel orders and customer service is pathetic. Never make the mistake of buying products from this app.

The Purple Beauty App is really easy to use and has a great range of beauty products at good prices. The interface is smooth, and I like the detailed product descriptions and customer reviews that help in choosing the right items. Delivery is usually on time, and the packaging is neat. However, sometimes the delivery gets delayed, and customer support could be a bit faster in responding. Overall, it’s a reliable app for beauty and skincare shopping.

This was my first order from Purplle, and it’s the worst experience I’ve had with any shopping app. I placed a prepaid order on 15th Oct, and despite dispatch on the same day, the delivery keeps getting delayed — dates changed from 18th to 27th Oct. No proper customer care, no email response. Terrible delivery system and poor communication. Don’t buy from this app!
