I had a very disappointing experience. There are many fees involved, which is frustrating. Additionally, it’s difficult to get in touch with customer support. Even when you do manage to reach them, they aren't able to provide any helpful solutions. I used PayPal primarily for making purchases on eBay and receiving payments from friends for split bills. Unfortunately, my account was limited for no clear reason, and my funds are now on hold for 180 days. I would recommend looking for another

I had no problems I tried to make a payment from a third party site Luckily the money didn't transfer. PP updated with a fresh new look on site. Even it's still secure tho. Yes there are some few changes to personal PP. Can receive credit, money, shopping, paying bills under £100 pounds is completely free. PP charges extra fees on top over £100 mark. We Can/ can't complain on everything . Like any company, read the small print.

app doesn't work anymore. if you try to go to credit, it reloads for about 5 minutes and then says unavailable. this has been going on for weeks. According to PayPal, somehow their app is a bank issue and nothing to do with them. synchrony bank rightfully blames PayPal. seems like both sides know it's a problem but no one has a solution so until it's fixed I don't recommend using PayPal at all. you can't view or pay for your transactions right now.
